In 1997 Lupe Guzmán, owner of a prosperous Lunch Truck asked Abel Brambila to join him in his effort to bring traditional Mexican food to the Kent, Washington area.

The following years due the public’s acceptance and popularity, they opened up a location in Burien, where from the beginning the idea of having delicious food, at a good price and served at fast and friendly pace was a hit in the community. 

Our fellow Mexican customers stood by us, letting friends, family, co-workers and everybody else know about our great taste. Our popularity has allowed us grow your customer base and to keep opening more places throughout western Washington: Bellevue, Lynnwood, Everett, Federal Way, Tacoma, Auburn, and lately in eastern Washington -Yakima and Wenatchee. By January 2016 we have  successfully opened and kept 14 operating locations in Washington state.

From the beginning our vision has been to provide awesome food and to build a company based on quality, customer satisfaction and promptness. The grow possibilities for our company as well as for are employees are huge.

Many of our employees have contributed immensely to our success with their talent and dedication, which in turn has brought a more promising future for them. We are thankful to be a a vital company that counts with with a very respectful diligent and friendly personnel. 

Due to our hard work and perseverance the idea of bringing a taste of our great Mexican cuisine to the Northwest of USA is alive and well, and we make it happen in clean and efficient establishments and in a relax family oriented atmosphere.
